The Sea Otter Europe is a cyclist festival, sports, outdoor activities and fair, scheduled to take place in spring 2017. It marks the first time in Europe, based in the considered one of the world’s largest and most comprehensive bicycling and outdoor sports festivals, the Sea Otter Classic, which has been held in Laguna Seca (California, USA) for the past 25 years.
